Very impressed with executive double room and mostly very friendly staff from housekeeping to management. Exceptional view of the Japanese garden.

Here I spent 1 night and greatly enjoyed being in this place. I ate at a stunning restaurant with very good staff. It had a great location - close to St Mary's Church.

Had an exceptional executive queen room, which allowed us to enjoy exceptionally good view of the garden. The bathroom was clean, also it included an air conditioner, a lounge, and coffee.

The staff were absolutely beautiful and cheerful people on the reception desk and executive king room was the best. It had cozy beds and a particularly good view of the ornamental garden at the back. The hotel had a central position...

We liked this place - lovely and excellent hotel.

Came here for 2 nights with my partner, had a truly memorable stay. My executive double room was exceptional with a good view of the garden. Having climate control, a lounge, and coffee was very convenient. The location turned out to be stunning and super, short walk to Restuarant, and the beautiful " Palm Court " restaurant.

The breakfast with hot options, preferred, champagne was good hot, had so much to choose from. Perfect central location near to the palm Court restaurant which was beautiful with a great selection, and the outskirts of Chester. We where offered an excellent service.

Very small bathroom, and the breakfast was standard.

We had an executive queen room and it was beautifully presented and brand-new.

Well presented and great quality place with hard-working staff on the reception desk.

Stayed here one night as a birthday treat and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were in one of the new rooms and it was lovely. The towels issue was resolved within 5 minutes. The restaurant had a varied menu, good value for money and delicious food with impeccable service. Highly recommended.

Magnificent location, in a lovely area close to CHESTER. Warm and marvellous breakfast options.

It's in a truly fantastic building in the nice enough area.

As for me, rooms were fashionable and huge with extras for less money, they offered wake-up service.
